Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return one or more items.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, you may use other secure packaging that protects the item during transit.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return

1. Use the return slip/label included in your parcel.

2. Pack the item(s) securely and attach the pre-prepared return label.

3. Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on the label.

The return address is already pre-filled on your return label. You do not need to add or look up any address yourself.

You may return part of your order if you wish.

Return shipping cost
Returns are free of charge.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at customer@truereligion.se if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items

• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. For the fastest solution, return the item using the included label and place a new order for the product you want instead.

Cooling-off period
Customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the eligibility criteria above and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
