OVERVIEW

Welcome AB (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an authorized distributor of True Religion products in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy $LINK$. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

To use the Services (including browsing or purchasing), you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing and shipping details, and payment information. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to display products and content accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or be identical to on-screen representations.

Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities for any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Welcome AB may accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully; we may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.

You represent that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of order and will be stated in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update payment details as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method provided and that all charges will be honored.

The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time they are shipped from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering. The card is charged on the same day the goods are shipped. 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship only to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand over products to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all related content (including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, design, and layout) are owned by Welcome AB, True Religion, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Except as permitted by law or with prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or liability. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain materials or links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for content or accuracy of third-party content and are not liable for your use of it. Review third-party terms and policies before engaging in any transaction.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Welcome AB. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy $LINK$ and may also be processed under Shopify’s privacy terms.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders if there are errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not, among other things, violate laws, infringe IP rights, harass others, transmit malware, impersonate others, or circumvent security.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welcome AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welcome AB and Shopify from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies posted on our site, form the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. You and Welcome AB agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden (Stockholm District Court as first instance).

SECTION 22 – HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
