1. General

These terms apply to the True Religion Nordics Holiday sale campaign (the “Campaign”), offered via the websites truereligion.se, truereligion.fi, truereligion.dk, and truereligion.no (the “Website”).

By using the discount code or making a purchase during the Campaign, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

Open to all:

Start: Tuesday 23/12 at 10:00

End: Sunday 11/01 at 23:59

All times are stated in local time for each market.

3. Offer

Up to 40% off selected products marked “Holiday sale”.

Valid only for products listed on the dedicated campaign landing page.

Valid while stock lasts.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

Does not apply to gift cards, special collections, or products not marked as “Black week”.

Valid online only on the websites listed above.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Regular return policy applies. Extended return right until 31/01-2026.

If returning products purchased with a discount, the amount refunded will reflect the price actually paid (after discount).

The campaign discount cannot be reactivated after the campaign period ends.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the product and placing a new order.

New orders are subject to product availability.

The discounted price is only valid during the campaign period.

7. Stock Availability

We reserve the right to products selling out and that stock status may change even when an item is in your cart.

8. Price & Payment

Prices are stated in local currency for each market.

The discount is calculated at checkout after the discount code has been applied.

9. Adjustments & Deviations

True Religion reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign and to correct any pricing, product information, or marketing errors.

10. Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse the use of a discount code in cases of suspected misuse, such as repeated use, manipulation, or fraud.
